An Elegant Puzzle is released today!
Today is the release for An Elegant Puzzle: Systems of Engineering Management, a day that I’ve been working towards for the past year.
As I understand it, this is the moment when I move from pandering for preorders to pandering for positive reviews on Amazon, so please do consider reviewing if you enjoy!
We have a handful of interviews on great podcasts and even a few articles coming out about the book over the next month or two, and I’m excited to finish the book release process with a bang. I’ll also be at Velocity in San Jose in a couple of weeks on the 12th to talk about investing in technical infrastructure, and hope to see some of y’all there.
The vast majority of my writing has happened on my blog, which has made writing this book a truly special opportunity to work in a longer, more structure and permanent format. I’m starting to collect some thoughts on the overall process of creating the book, and will share them in the next month or two. (It can’t be sooner, because one of the major learnings for me is that writing the book is really just the start.)
Thank you all for the support throughout the process, it’s been quite special, and I love to hear from folks, so please do drop me a note if you have thoughts about the book!
