You are writing a comment about The Django and Ubuntu Intrepid Almanac, here is a quick summary:
This heavy tome of wisdom will guide you, keystroke by keystroke, through configuring a mod_wsgi, Postgres, memcached, Django server on Ubuntu Intrepid. Written for a complete command line beginner, but hopefully useful to everyone (I know I'll have to refer to it to remember how to add additional domains to my server as well ;).

Obviously I haven't used virtualenv extensively myself, and backporting it into the tutorial has led to a series of mistakes that you are still rooting out for me and I am still fixing. Thanks for pointing them out to me, and sorry for making them!
After installing virtualenv, there shouldn't be any situations where you use sudo python or sudo easy_install. Instead you should always be using the virtualenv's Python or easy_install.
I think I've cleaned up these mistakes at this point. Hopefully. (Specifically using django_admin.py, manage.py, and installing cmemecache were all using the old sudo python terminology, but should now be fixed).
